Lynn worked with The Mountain Voice, learning how to build ads and put pages together for the next few years. On August 11, 2004, Lynn and her husband Ralph, bought The Mountain Voice and began publishing The Mountain Voice on a regular bi-weekly basis. In December 2010, The Mountain Voice was forced into an unwanted sabbatical, by the economical downturn. Happily, The Mountain Voice is now moving into a new direction with The Mountain Voice Online.
